Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at whatsontrend.au@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 2 McComb Lane, Cranbourne VIC 3977.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for personal care items such as beauty and skincare products because of their hygienic characteristics, dispatched items will not be eligible for refund/exchange or return. We also do not accept the return of products if you just change your mind. We only accept returns for defective and damaged products.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Refunds will not be issued if parcels are not collected from the local post office within 10 business days from the initial delivery attempt, or if delivery is refused.

Order Cancellation
If you'd like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We won't be able to cancel your order if the order has already been shipped.

Please note that if you decide to cancel an order or partially refund an item that has been paid with Afterpay, a fee of 7% will be deducted from your final amount due to Afterpay's Merchant Fees.

Return To Sender
In the event parcels are 'Returned to Sender,' a $15 charge will be applied to re-send your parcels or deducted from your full refund amount.

Lost/Stolen Parcels
We are not liable for any losses occurring beyond our control once the goods have been dispatched. If a parcel is confirmed delivered by our courier service but is not received by the customer due to factors like parcel theft or issues with building management, we will not issue a refund for the parcel.
