Order Processing
Orders are processed and dispatched via Australia Post every Monday & Thursday.

🚚 Dispatch Days: Monday & Thursday
⏰ Cut-off: 6:00 PM (VIC time), one day before dispatch.

Orders placed before the cut-off will be processed for the next scheduled dispatch day. Orders placed after the cut-off will automatically be moved to the following dispatch day.

📧 Shipping & Tracking:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Please ensure your email address is correct and valid when placing your order. If no email address is provided, you will not receive your shipping confirmation or tracking details.

Please note that dispatch refers to when your order is handed to Australia Post. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and Australia Post's delivery network.

Shipping Options & Rates

Free Standard Shipping
Orders over $120 qualify for free standard shipping within Australia.

Flat-Rate Shipping for Orders Under $120
For orders under $120, the following flat-rate shipping options are available:

  • Standard Shipping (1–7 business days after dispatch*): $10
  • Express Shipping (1–3 business days after dispatch*): $15

Customers may choose Express Shipping at their own cost if a faster delivery option is preferred.

📦 Live Selling Order Shipping Fees

Shipping fees for orders placed during our Live Selling sessions are based on Australia Post Standard Shipping flat rates:

  • Small Box/Satchel (Up to 490g): $11.70
  • Medium Box/Satchel (500g to 1kg): $16.00
  • Large Box/Satchel (over 1kg to 3kg): $20.25
  • Extra Large Box/Satchel (over 3kg to 5kg): $24.45

Note: Orders weighing over 5kg or requiring an oversized box may incur additional shipping charges based on the parcel's weight and dimensions.
